In this episode I talk about beliefs. Henry Ford said it perfectly “if you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right”. 

95% of our behaviour comes from the unconscious mind where our beliefs reside, and if we believe something then our ability to consciously create the opposite can be heavily effected and in fact drive sabotaging behaviour. However when we align our beliefs to our highest desires then the magic happens.
