The flurry of bill-signing and vetoing is over, as Governor Newsom took action on hundreds of pieces of legislation over the last few weeks. Now things are quieting down a bit at the state Capitol.

The governor staged bill-signing ceremonies all over the state, as he put his signature on some high profile bills and said no to some others. So, how are things about to change in California?
