I bloody love my job (if you can call podcasting a job.. #ihopejobkeepercontinues) it means I get to share people's incredible career pivot stories and best of all I get to meet totally top human's I may never otherwise have met. Chris Ryan is one such top human. She first found herself in the role of journalist, after a stint at that she branched out and started her own communication company - but she quit that to try her hand at stand up comedy. Turns out she is rather good at it... I loved meeting Chris and hearing all about her story. Of course as anyone in the live comedy or events world knows COVID has stuck a massive self-distancing boot in the works and Chris and her planned tour is on hold.
