From the start of her career in executive recruiting seven years ago, Whitney has solely worked within Medical Affairs affording her a network of connections unmatched by any in the industry. Whitney thrives on building relationships first. She connects deeply with both her candidates and clients, developing the interpersonal relationships needed for next level connectivity and continued, long term success. Currently Whitney is the face of Medical Affairs Recruiting where she has helped to build the strong foundation of character and integrity upon which the company was founded.
Prior to her role at Medical Affairs Recruiting, Whitney worked as a full desk recruiter, starting the Medical Affairs team for ThinkingAhead Executive Search. In her last year at ThinkingAhead, Whitney finished #1 in the company. Desiring to join a smaller, more boutique firm, she made her move to Medical Affairs Recruiting. As you’ll hear in her podcast, Whitney was destined to be in recruiting as early as Kindergarten always being reprimanded for talking too much and interacting with friends too often. Whitney later completed a Psychology degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and after moving to the coast of North Carolina, became the wife to the founder of Medical Affairs Recruiting and the mother to three beautiful children who drive her passions daily.
