Episode #62. May continues to be Mental Health Month and it is almost over. Jared and Sally have been friends for a couple of years and Sally's friendship truly means a lot. They discuss faith and mental health as part of the Faith Series.
Sally's BIO:
Born and raised in San Gabriel Valley, Sally Sagario starts her mental health journey in high school. Coming from a Filipino Immigrant family, it took a long time to navigate the resources to help her and her family heal from the stigma of mental illness. 2 daughters, 2 degrees, and 2 jobs later, she’s still working on maintaining stability but doing it with joy and with a community of grace.
