You may have heard the recent fuss over the idea of banning gas stoves, well,
that is not on the agenda at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. But it
is planning to ban the sale of water heaters and furnaces that run on natural gas
over the next few years. The air board will meet soon to vote on the new
regulations, and to clear the air on this.
