ABOUT THE GUEST(AISWORYA MISHRA):

From her early days, she made strides to become an entrepreneur. The grind, mindset, and perseverance to achieve that wasn't easy without much of support.

She started working in service and product firms and handled client communications at a very early stage of her career along with the responsibility of end-to-end product development. Took initiatives to cut costs for the organizations by introducing ways of digital and strategic solutions. They moved healthcare projects to the cloud when it wasn't quite popular. She learned niche technologies and has built products on the side as PoC which got used by the organization to win some clients. Scalability, performance, and clean code being vital, she took initiative and got load time down by 72% for the product.

She works with BCG Gamma, wherein they build software and solve some cutting-edge problems for the digital and data analytics venture. Taken up the responsibility of managing the security aspects of the product and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

She has taken joy in troubleshooting issues and this has led her to an explorative path to finding solutions to problems. Been part of small focused teams to huge teams spanning hundreds of people and have thoroughly enjoyed working and helping team members along with conversations to ideate, improve and grow together.
