This week, Chris sat down with retired law enforcement officers Shawn and Jeff Thomas. Shawn and Jeff have almost six decades of law enforcement experience and are the founders of the 1st Responder Conferences. They spend their time organizing and facilitating conferences around the country that aim at equipping first responders, military members, and veterans with resources to heal from job related stress and trauma.
