Recently, the anxiety monster attacked me pretty bad last week. What do you do when the anxiety monster attacks?
Here is what works for me:
- Taking time off from my to-do list
- Taking time for self-care like going for a walk & getting my nails done
- Listening to affirmations and an audio book on the Law of Attraction
- Communicating my needs to the people I love
- Being gentle with myself
- Eating healthy
