Josh Roenicke, nephew of Red Sox interim manager Ron Roenicke, joins Rob Bradford from Taiwan to discuss what it is currently like to actually be playing professional baseball. Roenicke, a pitcher who has appeared in 190 major league games, has just gotten out of the 14-day quarantine needed in order to join his Chinese Professional Baseball League, the Uni-President Lions. The former college football teammate of Patriot Matthew Slater goes into detail regarding what life is like in a country that is playing sports again (albeit in front of cardboard cutouts and robots instead of fans). For those who are hopeful that MLB will return this season, it is a good look into what it might look like.
