1. Keep a food journal to track your food intake and the quality of the food that you are eating. There are a lot of food journal apps available.
2. What you put in your body matters! Eating healthy is great for anti-aging. Now that's an incentive to eat better!
3. Getting enough sleep is essential to good health. Magnesium helps you fall asleep better and potassium helps you stay asleep. Magnesium is a relaxant. However, most people are deficient.
