In this episode the Mere Mortals team discuss the topic of meditation. We discuss our experiences, with a particular flavour of interviewing Kyrin as he has much more practical abilities in meditating. As we are not experts of the topic we stay based on our personal experience, but also provide some general info about the different types and benefits that can be acquired through the practicing meditation.
