1 - relaxed grip at the end of the handle
2 - forearm stationary and go back and forth with wrists, not around
3 - use your thy and butt some
4 - practice 2 minutes a day
5 - jump when the cable is eye level
6 - stall then flick
7 - look straight ahead to keep your body upright
8 - keep handles in your peripheral vision
9 - slow down!
10 - pay attention to the timing!
11 - the cable is about 3 feet longer than your are tall.
