Sheykh Abdul Kerim Efendi is saying that a tasbih (beads) is a tool for keeping up zikir (remembrance of Allah). Wahabbis claim many Islamic practices to be bida (innovation). They prefer that you remember dunya, rather than to remember ALLAH cc with a tasbih. Also, people are not happy. Appreciation is part of faith. Listening to shaytan’s whispers makes people unhappy.
