ONDC is a private non-profit Section 8 company established by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) of Government of India to develop open e-commerce. Previously, Mr Koshy was part of the startup team of NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited). He subsequently joined Ernst & Young as a senior partner, where he worked exclusively in population scale problems and its digital solutions.
