Look online at at magazines and you will notice a large number of articles focussed on diet and exercise.
Articles like this sell magazines because people want to know the newest trends in exercise and the fastest ways to lose weight and tone up.
A man early in Bible times found the best exercise, walking with God.
Genesis 5:24 says, “Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.”
The word translated “walk” is a Hebrew expression that means to live according to God’s lifestyle.
Today let’s have a look and examine the characteristics of walking with God.
