Knowing when's the proper timing in building a team for your wholesaling business is an absolute must. You have to know if you're indeed in that stage in your business where it is appropriate to scale by hiring people and building a team to whom you would delegate major tasks like acquisitions and dispositions. Building a team is not something that anyone would take likely. Building a team requires proper timing. There's great responsibility that comes when you build a team for your business. It is not proper that you build a team at the very early stages of your business. You need to have the proof og concept first. You first need to be at that point where you truly understand how things work. You first need to be really systematized and structured. This way you know exactly what your team members need to do. This way you'll be able to teach them, train them, and show them what their task is and how to successfully meet their deliverables. It is scary to rush into building a team when in reality you are not ready for it. It is scary to be responsible to tell each team member what they need to do everyday when you don't really have a good understanding of what they need to do because you yourself have not done it.
