Dorothy Toy has been working in the field of subtle energy her entire life. She was brought up and educated as a Philadelphia Quaker and has been practicing meditative yoga for over 35 years. In 1995, while working at the United Nations Development Programme in New York, she was diagnosed with severe radiation poisoning caused by an extreme sensitivity to EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies).
