"My life used to be so good. I am so angry with myself for slipping back into old habits. How did I let myself get back to this place?" 

Often, we hold onto resentment against ourselves for past mistakes and we forget to forgive ourselves. Also, we may not know how to learn from our past choices, forgive ourselves and move on. The resentment we hold onto for ourselves keeps us stuck.
