Brittany Simone Anderson is a New York based sound practitioner, ceremonialist, and movement guide. Brittany believes that well-being is our birth right, and as such, it is our responsibility to take an active role in our own wellness. Brittany combines a variety of practices that include sound, breathwork, coaching, yoga, and mindful eating.
