Johann Rashid aka Promiseland is a multidisciplinary artist who works in the forms of music, performance art, and video.

Johann has done work for Seekings, The Voidz, Nick Murphy, and more musicians.

Promiseland released his new album ‘Sad But Happy’ featuring tracks with Melati Malay, Samantha Urbani, and Julian Casablancas.

Promiseland has supported The Strokes on their Asia Tour in 2023 but I dropped the ball when he performed at Forest Hills opening up for The Strokes and Angel Olsen.
