He sold his company to Mynd Management where he was the Vice President of Eastern Operations. Pete is currently the co-founder and CEO of VPM Solutions. VPM Solutions is an online platform that connects the real estate industry with virtual team members across the globe. Pete has been investing in real estate since 2001. He has been both a passive and lead investor in apartment complexes, whole saled homes and has purchased over 100 properties. Pete is a licensed Broker in the state of Texas and the current radio podcast host of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). When Pete is not working he is running marathons with his wife Felicia.
