Shadow work is undoubtedly one of the most potent self-growth tools we can learn about and work on.

 

As we grow up and unconsciously start moulding ourselves to fit familial and societal conditioning, we unknowingly banish or exile parts of ourselves that we subconsciously believe may not be accepted. Through doing this, we inevitably operate from inauthenticity, without even realising it.

 

Not only can we not heal or grow from this place, but it also makes manifestation really hard because inauthenticity holds a low vibrational frequency, which makes us resonant with low vibrational frequency situations and people.

 

Learning to recognise, accept and integrate the parts of yourself that you otherwise would never have even acknowledged, is incredibly powerful for healing, for our feelings on judgement, for your manifestations, and in our self-development work generally.

 

For me, it's been THE greatest tool in helping me understand myself, and from that place, being able to reach a level of self-mastery with my behaviours and identity. Because shadow work enables you to start operating from a place of true authenticity.
