False accusation is something that cuts to the heart like few things. If you are like me and you acknowledge that sometimes your execution is flawed, but your motive is pure, it hurts to have someone attribute a malicious motive to something that you know was unintentional. If you work hard to be a good example and blessing to others and then they turn around and falsely accuse you of something, it can leave you reeling. The challenge is to not allow the false accusation to totally derail you, but rather to keep your eyes focused on Jesus who is the author and finisher of our faith.
Hebrews 12:1-2 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
