Juhtimine seisneb teiste juhtimises muutustesse. Koguduses juhib pastor inimesi kasvama ja paremaks saama. Muutumises on risk, et eesmärk ei täitu. Aga ilma riskita, mida piibel kutsub usuks, ei kasva sa kunagi.    -----     Leadership is about leading others to change.  In the church the pastor leads people to grow and change for the better. The risk of change, is that the goal is not met.  But without risk, which the bible calls faith, you will never grow.
