A mysterious group of investors has been buying up farmland in Solano County over the past few years and it's starting to raise alarm bells as no one really knows the intentions - offering well-above market value to become the area's largest landowner.

Results of a new poll in recent days could be hinting that the investors group is trying to make a whole new city.
