Frank Cozzolino from DeVille Electric joins the podcast and we get a rough and a no sugar coated version of the electrical industry from the last 25 years.  It all begins with Frank wanting to be an accountant and very early into that career choice he decided to work with his hands instead, left the spreadsheets and trading all of that paper for a set of pliers.  It all begins with the J O B - Just Over Broke.  Frank talks about permits, licensed contractors, homeowners, educating, building and running an electrical business, closing down an electrical business and getting back to being an employee and why.  Frank even gets very personal and shares a near death health scare that changed his life for the better.   Thanks Frank for being on the show and sharing so much with our listeners.
