Episode 3 - Why a Podcast and what I hope to accomplish with it.
In this episode, I talk about why I decided to start a Podcast, the healing power of story telling and how I am using this podcast and my weekly Instagram LIVE series to provide a platform for others to share their stories too.
I talk about how I have made it my mission to raise awareness to the role that STRESS plays in our health and wellness and in Cardiovascular Dis-Ease.
During my travels on the healing road, I realized that we are stronger together, and that by sharing our stories we can help normalize things, offer hope of a full recovery to those who are just embarking on their own personal journey after their “Event of the Heart”
Cardiovascular Dis-Ease is the #1 killer of men and women worldwide and the reality is that it doesn’t need to be this way because it is preventable.
