Laura Chung is a Reiki master, yoga teacher, astrologer, and the host of two podcasts, Awaken and Align and The Werk. She has her Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is an activist and trauma-informed healer who uses her various media platforms to share spiritual wisdom and decolonial education towards collective healing and liberation.
