Summary
Nowadays, the word leadership is seen everywhere, from school to business, from home to work and so on. What does leadership mean to you?
How do you work on your leadership quality?
Leadership is one of the important qualities a human should possess within.
No one is born a leader. It’s him who becomes a leader by leading others in the right path. A leader should be brave, confident, determined, strong and resilient. He should accept the vulnerabilities he has and move forward. He should rise from where he fell.
Leaders not only guide people the right way, they are for them, leading throughout their life through adversities and uncertainties.
The lives of the great leaders Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Nelson Mandela and Obama is itself an example for- ‘once a leader, always a leader’.
One should always develop their leadership quality. You should be the leader you wish you had.
Being a leader is not about being superior to others, it’s about how you strategically plan all the resources together that benefits the society as a whole.
A true leader always listens to the voice of the people he leads.
