A look at several Kidnapping cases from the 1970s.  Ransoms paid but millions of dollars still remain missing. 

Was there an increase in Kidnapping cases at this time due to media coverage?  Who got away and who did not.  Including one case where Scott met the defendant 20 years after the kidnapping occurred.   She threw a refrigerator at Scott's Partner Officer Maxwell, during a domestic call.
