Dane is the creator & director of Muller Coaching and Mentoring and the men's work movement, heartled warriors and heart led men.In this week’s episode, we discussed Dane’s journey from being a competitive young boy whose self-pressure to perform at the highest level resulted in him having ongoing challenges with suicide ideation. This led to his business life and working in a job he never really enjoyed. He effectively hit rock bottom through a traumatic experience relating to the birth of his second son and his inability to regulate his emotions and underlying traumas.Through tough love from his wife, he has rebuilt his life, learned how to manage and regulate his emotions and founded his men’s Heartled Warriors initiative.
