This week we get cozy with the “G” word.  

We look at feeling safe with, nurtured by, supported from, and in wonder of this magical life force.

For nearly 50 years, I was unable to say the “G” word without my body tensing up and my tummy feeling tight.

I’ll share my story on how that shifted in this week’s epic episode.
