Self doubt looks different for each of us, but there’s likely this nagging feeling of “who am I” to…*insert your own dream*. In today’s episode, I want to give you seven things you can do to overcome self doubt so that you can change the narrative from “who am I” to “why not me” and move closer to reaching your dreams.
The 7 things you can do to overcome self doubt are:
Identify the source and root cause of your self doubt
Set achievable goals to build confidence and trust in yourself
Celebrate your wins
Practice self-compassion
Surround yourself with positive people
Practice self care
Seek professional help
