I hate to admit it, but there are days I don't feel motivated. I need more inspiration to do great things. But it's better to press through anyway. A bad day at work or a bad day on your hustle and grind, a lesser workout, a less productive afternoon... Whatever it is, it's still better than not doing anything.
A lack of motivation is temporary, but consistency is always beneficial. Just because you're not "feeling it" isn't a good reason to not do the work. Taking the first step is the most challenging part but the most essential.
