In this video Stefan shares a powerful quote. A quote he got framed in his bedroom and which he reads almost everyday.
"I love looking at quotes. We post a lot of quotes in my Instagram page as well. I love following people on Instagram and looking and hearing different quotes.
If there are certain ones that I really like and that resonate with me, that are really powerful I always write them down. If they're really good I get them framed."
