When I knew I’d be interviewing Gabby Bernstein, it was important to me to give you guys a little something different, something you can really sink your teeth into. She’s written 9 books and been on hundreds of podcasts so you can hear her speaking about manifestation and spirituality anywhere.

 

What I wanted to speak to her about was TRAUMA. 

 

Following her book Happy Days, about her own trauma, I wanted to ask Gabby how we hold onto faith and a spiritual practice when navigating hard times, because that’s the hardest - and perhaps most important - part of our spiritual growth.
