Crystal Grenier is an online wellness consultant who helps women thrive despite a chronic illness so that they can realize an abundant life through guided offers around emotional health focusing on six phases of support; building community, e-books, workshops, a membership program, virtual and live retreats, and mastermind courses. As a breast cancer survivor, with a deep background in health and fitness, she has been given the tools to share intentional insight into alternative healing methods of self-acceptance, continued growth, and copious living. Crystal is a contributing writer for Thrive Global, a local newspaper column, “Healing through Conversations,” and contributing author in “Feisty, Dangerously Amazing Women Using Their Voices & Making an Impact” (Red Thread Publishing), and aspiring solo author of an upcoming compilation of interviews around alchemizing emotions in female chronic illness.

About Me:
In 2011, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, out of the blue. I did not have any prior health concerns or issues.
Fast forward, the dreaded cancer diagnosis opened my eyes, introduced me to my purpose, and lead me to where I am today.
