What is the Real Season 3 of Disney's Gargoyles - The Goliath Chronicles or the SLG Comic Series? - The Fangirl Watches

Creatively, The Goliath Chronicles dropped the ball with Gargoyles fans.  Disney didn't keep the series' show runner, and everything suffered as a result.  Years later, SLC released a Gargoyles limited run comic series that is incredibly written and closes up a lot of open issues from the show.  So, which is the real season 3 for fans?
