I loved catching up with my buddy Sidney Smith for the month of February. We talk about the fun training and some unique issues he has being a Paratriathlete. He’s had some fitting issues with his new legs and also some training elements many not know about. It’s always great to hear how humble he is and his positive outlook on life. He recently met up with his coach and they did an FTP test. He also mentions how he has traction problems on ice and how he has addressed that issue. The overall volume he has achieved has gone up since January, but is focused on time increasing and insuring his stump health through this increase. Many more topics are covered in this episode, I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for coming back on the show Sidney, I look forward to the rest of the year with you sir.-Follow Sidney,Facebook: Sidney SmithInstagram: @Tri_nofeet-Follow Coach Terry:Instagram: @PerfectRacePodcastWebsite: www.coachterrywilson.com
