Jeremy Cousins is the Owner and Head Coach of CrossFit Thousand Oaks in Thousand Oaks, CA. In this episode, the dudes talk about their own unique paths to deciding that Fitness would be their vocation.
The podcast highlights the unusual absence of all things athletic in Jeremy's upbringing. Coincidentally, or providentially (you decide), friends and mentors draw him with community and the challenge of something new into the "workout world". From there, Jeremy cuts his teeth with personal training and is ultimately baptized in CrossFit, where he now finds himself a proud owner of a CrossFit gym, and laser-focused on helping change peoples lives through community and the challenge of something new.
