• Die Anschlagzeit der Lokalanästhetika ist abhängig von der verwendeten Konzentration und Menge des verwendeten Lokalanästhetikums
• Lokalanästhetika möglichst nicht mischen
• zahlreiche Adjutanten sind in der Literatur beschrieben, i.v. Applikation von Dexamethason in der Dosis 8mg hat den größten Stellenwert
• viele Adjuvantien sind in Deutschland ohne Zulassung für die perineurale Injektion auf Grund der eingeschränkten Datenlage und potentieller Neurotoxizität, so dass die Anwendung ein off Label use darstellt

Taktische Medizin

Kochrezept für Analgesie in einer taktischen Einsatzlage für die adäquate Analgesie um 5 Uhr morgens im Feld:

Esketamin i.v. )

• 1/4 des Körpergewichts in mg für ein „kleineres Aua“
• 1/2 des Körpergewichts in mg für ein „großes Aua“
• 1 komplettes Körpergewicht in mg für Narkose

So sollte es zumindest fürs Erste funktionieren…
