Mamta Valderrama is Senior Vice President of Operations at Mercy For Animals, a bestselling author, and a wife and mom. In her spare time, Mamta volunteers with Moms Demand Action and she is launching a new community on Instagram called Global Majority Vegan. Mamta also serves as a board member for an animal rights organization. She is committed to cooking fresh food for her family every day, and keeps a tight schedule to “get it all done”.
