I interview Conscious Body Builder and Coach Steve Kaps in this week's episode.We discuss Steve’s move into bodybuilding and consciously becoming aligned with his training and coaching. This includes his ability to differentiate between being judged by others and how he sees himself. This translates well into our lives.I also explore with Steve the courage it takes to be seen for who you are in all your vulnerability physically and emotionally when training and on stage.Steve talks about the power of having a daily ritual and discipline and how he moved his training from a place of anger and frustration to come from being grateful, at peace and in love.
