She is a Sales Excellence Expert & Mentor, community nurturer, lifelong learner, and Sales Inspirer with three decades of expertise in building and scaling inspired sales teams.

She started her career as a medical representative with Johnson & Johnson and learned the basics of great selling there. Made calls at 11 p.m sometimes wading through knee-deep water in Mumbai rains. She learned all about selling in those first few crazy, fulfilling years.

Done her Master's in Management and led sales teams in India's largest banks towards phenomenal sales success.

During her career spanning over 2 decades in Sales leadership roles, she found very few women pro actively choosing and remaining in Sales roles to achieve leadership positions. She was always the only woman Sales Leader in the room.

She decided that it was time for her to encourage other women to Sell with confidence and Lead with conviction.

From this thought was born the idea of starting a community to mentor Women to succeed at Selling.
