The guest was Ben Jealous, former NAACP president & Sanders surrogate, who wound up endorsing Hillary Clinton and forming Our Revolution, the continuation of the movement inspired by Sanders campaign. And his prediction was based on the Sonny and Cher show and cicadas. Ben also talked to us about the fight for marriage equality in Maryland, which was won, the fight to save Troy Davis's life, which was lost, and how to get out of bed the morning after the state murders a man it knows is innocent.
