James discusses his childhood as a teenager working in a butcher shop and how that evolved into a passion for food. Prior to his experience producing Sacred Cow, James founded a non-profit in NYC and traveled the world working in various kitchens as a chef. His new project, Death in the Garden, is expected to be another masterpiece!
