Allen woke up one morning and his voice was gone. Literally, it was just a whisper. The challenge is that he uses his voice all the time speaking at seminars, teaching, and co-hosting a world-renowned podcast. Two days before surgery, while mowing the grass, God asks, “Allen, do you want Story 1 or Story 2?” Having no idea what that meant, he sat down and started asking the Lord for understanding.
