On mini-yarn number three I share with you a brief version of my antidepressant story- before, during and after! I started taking antidepressants about six months into my first graduate job, and I was grateful to have pharmaceutical help to get me through the years that followed. In this episode I also share what coming off these was like for me, and how the way I experience life has changed.
