In 2011, Jason co-founded Hu Chocolate with his family and no outside investors, a line of paleo, vegan, and gluten-free chocolate made with simple, ethically-sourced ingredients. Hu grew into a beloved brand, the #1 premium chocolate and one of the fastest growing snacking companies in America.

In 2018, Jason followed up this sweet success by launching HumanCo, a holding company focused on building and acquiring mission-driven brands in the natural CPG space. Through HumanCo, Jason is scaling companies like Snow Days Organic Pizza Bites, Against the Grain gluten and grain-free pizza and breads, and Cosmic Bliss Organic ice cream. All of his products have ingredients sourced from farms and avoid all seed-oils.
